Configure the settings for the client device you want to enroll.

Device Role
Select the role for this device
Device Name
Name will be auto-generated on the device
Event Code
Event identifier (defaults to server's event code)
Server URL
URL where devices will sync (auto-detected)
Sync Interval (seconds)
How often the device syncs with the server

Configure the device settings and click "Generate QR Code" to create an enrollment QR code.

About Device Enrollment

Device enrollment allows you to quickly configure client devices without manual data entry. Each QR code contains all the necessary configuration for a device to connect to this server.

Preview Station

Check-in presenters, manage presentations, and preview slides before they go live.

Room Display

Show the presentation queue and current status for a specific meeting room.

Signage Display

Display event information, schedules, and announcements on digital signage.

Tip: You can generate multiple QR codes with the same configuration for deploying multiple devices of the same type. Use the "Generate Printable Page" button to create a sheet with multiple QR codes for batch deployment.
